World of Hogwarts Reimagined: Rules and Code of Conduct
We want the roleplay to be a fun, inclusive, and diverse environment where everyone feels included and has fun. In order to ensure this happens, we have a few rules and a code of conduct for everyone to follow. If you are found in violation of any rule, the GM council will determine the course of action. By applying, you are acknowledging that you have read these rules.

Rules and Code of Conduct

1) This roleplay is set 10 years after the conclusion of World of Hogwarts 2008, which is sixty years after the Battle of Hogwarts. Due to this, no canon characters are allowed (In other words, no book/movie characters)

2) This roleplay is an inclusive environment that accepts people of all sorts. We want to make it clear that we do not condone JK Rowling’s personal views and while we embody the world she created, we do not in any way shape or form associate ourselves with said views.

3) Proper roleplay etiquette is expected of you. We do not obligate roleplayers to do paragraph roleplay, and turn-taking roleplay will only be enforced when there is a group of people and roleplay becomes difficult to follow. Please remember that metagaming, which refers to a player's use of knowledge or information that their character would not logically have in the game's context, is not allowed. Godmodding, which is where a player taking control over other characters or outcomes in a way that disregards the rules and the agency of other players, is not allowed.

4) The Official Group of the roleplay is “World of Hogwarts Reimagined”. All other groups for houses, the Ministry and other organizations will be titled WOHR: Name Here. Any other groups are not directly affiliated with us.

5) Administrative notes: any information not currently covered in this code of conduct is subject to determination on a case-by-case basis.

6) The GM Council and the Roleplay Lead have the right to step in and facilitate roleplay when needed.
7) If you have any disputes or complaints with another character OOCly (out of character), contact a GM Council Member right away. It would be helpful if you provide screenshots of logs and photographic evidence. If you have an IC dispute with someone, contact an IC staff member.

8) World of Hogwarts Reimagined operates on two separate sims: London and Diagon Alley are in Hollow Souls, while Hogwarts grounds are at Strange Journeys. When in London/Diagon Alley, it is important to remember to stay on the grounds and not wander into other residences and private homes.

9) OOC drama, bullying, overt rudeness, and entitlement have no place here.

10) In order to roleplay here, you must fill out the application and wait for a NMM to contact you for next steps. You may roleplay at the Hollow Souls London and Diagon Alley in the meantime while waiting for entry into Hogwarts. You may not roleplay until you are approved.

11) There is no character limit, however avatars must be 30 days or older to join.

12) Rentals can be found in Godric’s Hollow, Diagon Alley, and London. You must ask permission for landscaping, and you must adhere to the prim limit as set by the rental box. If you go over the prim limit, you will be asked to reduce your prims.
